The leisure club is equipped with all the facilities of a modern health and fitness club:

• 20 metre main deck level swimming pool
• Toddler pool & bubble pool.
• Hi Tech Gymnasium  - one of Galway’s best equipped and most spacious
• Health suite, including a sauna, steam room and spa bath (Jacuzzi)
• Therapy & beauty salon. The Q Health & Beauty Therapy Suite offers a complete range of treatments including, body treatments, such as Swedish, stone therapy, & Indian head massage. Grooming treatments, Facials, tanning, waxing and make up application.

• Our stand up turbo Sun-shower sun-bed is available year round to top up the summer tan or prepare for the winter months
• Crèche, purpose built, open four mornings per week from 10 am to 1 pm. Staffed by a team of qualified and experienced staff. Available for babies 0-3 yrs.

Extensively refurbished, the leisure club is equipped with all the facilities of a modern health and fitness club, including a 20 metre main swimming pool, toddler pool and relaxing bubble pool.

It also boosts one of Galway’s best equipped and most spacious gyms, purpose built playroom and a full health suite, including a sauna, steam room and spa bath.

The Leisure Club in Galway has retained it’s White Flag status since 2001 an award given by an Taisce to a select number of Health and Fitness Clubs in Ireland. The high standards necessary to achieve this are reflected throughout the Club, in such areas as the private locker rooms, exercise studio, gym & pool areas

While the clubs facilities are offered exclusively for use by members and hotel residents, the Clubs sun shower sunbed and Health & Beauty salon are available to the public.

Monday to Friday - 7am to 10pm
Saturday & Sunday - 8am - 9pm
Children welcome until 7pm each evening

Pool Hall
The Quality Leisure Club’s deck level 20m x 9m main pool is the perfect location to enjoy lane swimming, aqua aerobics, swimming lessons or just a relaxing paddle

Also available in the aquatic’s area is a toddler pool for children up to 4 years and a whirlpool to unwind

The crystal clear water is complimented by the “outdoor feel” of the 60ft windows that surround the pool hall.

This relaxing feeling is enhanced by the on-deck health suite, which includes a six persons spa bath, steam room and sauna.

Gym
The spacious gymnasium is designed to appeal to all standards and it’s vast range of cardiovascular and resistance training equipment will suit people of all fitness levels.

A dedicated team of fitness professionals is on hand to offer regular fitness assessments and to motivate members towards achieving their personal goals.

The Clubs full programme of fitness and exercise classes are taught in the purpose built studio and members can enjoy complimentary participation in many of the classes.

Therapy Suite

Members Creche
To help you get the most of your membership, our Members Creche is open four mornings per week from 10 am to 1 pm.

The purpose built facility is offered exclusively for our members and is staffed by a team of qualified and experienced staff. It’s combination of excellent facilities and friendly staff, make it one of the most popular facilities at the Club. .

This drop in facility can cater for children from 3 months to 4 years and is open Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Friday’s. .

Junior Q Club
Junior hotel guests are welcome to join our “Junior Q Club”, which runs year round on weekends and daily during the summer months and school holidays.

Designed for children from 4 – 12 years the Junior Q Club will entertain children with various activities and games during the hours of 10am - 1pm and 6pm - 11pm each day.

Membership
The Quality Leisure Club Galway is open for residents & members only. Membership is offered on an annual basis and various membership types and categories are available.
